This role is based in Seattle, Washington.
Compensation:
$188,200 - $325,500/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers building security tooling and automation for Apple Services.
- Define and drive the roadmap for embedding security into development pipelines.
- Partner with various security programs to enhance integration across engineering.
- Influence security adoption through tooling design and partnerships.
- Define metrics and connect engineering investments to business risk.
- Hire and develop strong engineering talent.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years in security engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years leading technical teams.
- Experience in building or scaling security programs.
- Strong communication skills to convey security risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-velocity engineering environments.
- Background in software or platform engineering.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD integration.
