Responsibilities:
Engage with users to define, design, and build new features. Collaborate with colleagues across time zones to resolve support issues and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Swift.
- Experience with database technologies (Relational, NoSQL).
- Focus on security and knowledge of common security pitfalls.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with modern web applications using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Understanding of DevOps processes, cloud architectures, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring systems (Splunk, Grafana).
- Strong communication skills to present complex problems clearly.
