Software Engineer - Backend & Infrastructure

This role is based in San Diego, California.

Compensation:

$139,500 - $258,100/year

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop automation to reduce operational toil.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with Swift on Server, Go or equivalent.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Expertise in scaling systems and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in server-side development.
• Ability to lead incident response for outages.
