Software Engineer- Supply chain Integration Support

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve software problems reported by users or monitoring tools.
- Monitor incident queues and prioritize issues based on severity and business impact.
- Provide clear communication on issue status and create knowledge base articles.
- Monitor application availability, performance, and integrations.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify long-term fixes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-8 years of experience in software development or application support roles.
- Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, Spring/Spring Boot.
- Experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
- Good understanding of Python for scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
