This role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, design, and develop secure and scalable back-end systems for ad search and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to implement solutions and improve the Ad Delivery platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of industry experience in scalable microservices and data-driven platforms.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Expertise in object-oriented software development and scalable indexing solutions.
  • Strong technical leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills with multi-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the advertising industry.
  • Work on real-time systems where performance is critical.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and A/B testing is a plus.
