Solution Architect - Customer Success

This position is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for hardware engineers and PCB designers, providing guidance on workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with design teams to identify problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Champion standard processes in ECAD design and data management.
• Drive the integration of AI and ML technologies into ECAD processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in ECAD design or related hardware engineering field.
• Expertise with industry-standard ECAD tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI, ML, or data analytics applied to engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and cloud computing principles.
