Compensation:
$181,100 - $318,400/year
Responsibilities:
Lead multi-functional teams to design and qualify diagnostic and repair solutions, engage with customers to understand their needs, collaborate with product development teams, and ensure quality through comprehensive qualification plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- MSCE/CS or equivalent relevant work experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in translating customer needs into high-level designs
- Strong collaboration and project leadership skills
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale systems design and hardware diagnostics
- Skilled in leading projects through ambiguity
- Adept at balancing strategic and detailed discussions
