Sr. Data Engineer, iCloud

This role is based in Seattle, Washington.

Compensation:

Base pay range is between $171,600 and $302,200, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Responsibilities:

Engineer efficient, adaptable, and scalable data pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data. Own and evolve datasets to support various use cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Spark and distributed data technologies.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Scala.
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in Data Principles, Architecture, and Modeling.
• Experience in complex organizations and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud resources.
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Building stream-processing applications using technologies like Apache Flink or Kafka.
• Experience with NoSQL datastores and search systems.
