Sr. Legal Counsel - Technology and Supply Chain, Strategic Deals

This role is based in Cupertino, California.

Compensation:

$230,500 - $346,500/year

Responsibilities:

Support development teams by advising on technology development, intellectual property licenses, and strategic supplier relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and negotiate complex agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of transactional experience in technology agreements
• JD or equivalent, with admission to at least one US state bar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Apple business
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects
