What you'll do:

Define economic architectures, design data models, and optimize resource usage for Apple's Data Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable attribution models for resource mapping.
  • Lead development of data pipelines and telemetry standards.
  • Analyze utilization patterns to identify inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate on forecasting models for infrastructure demand.
  • Mentor engineers on financial impacts of architectural decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Data Science or Platform Engineering.
  • Expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of cloud economics.
  • Experience with telemetry stacks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with AI/ML economics.
  • Background in algorithm design and capacity allocation.
