Compensation:

$203,300 - $305,600/year

Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable data solutions and AI pipelines for exploratory analyses and insights delivery.
  • Develop and productionize ML models, causal inference, and recommendation systems.
  • Integrate LLMs and Generative AI into core data science workflows.
  • Drive organizational decisions on tooling and data infrastructure.
  • Mentor data scientists and communicate complex findings to executive audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Expert proficiency in statistical analysis and experimentation design.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Spark, Python, or R.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with causal ML methods and LLM-powered analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and data architecture.
