Compensation:
$198,300 - $342,800/year
Summary:
As a leader of the Sensing Systems team, you will design, develop, and launch the next generation of Touch ID sensors.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the technical vision for Touch ID sensors.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers through the development process.
- Navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in assessing technical risks and defining strategies.
- Present technical strategy and program status to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong EE analog fundamentals with experience in circuit design.
- Leadership experience managing engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to present complex technical topics clearly.
- BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of lead or management experience.
- Experience with product development from architecture to mass production.
- Experience with sensor designs or biometric system development.
