Compensation:

$198,300 - $342,800/year

Summary:

As a leader of the Sensing Systems team, you will design, develop, and launch the next generation of Touch ID sensors.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the technical vision for Touch ID sensors.
  • Mentor and lead a team of engineers through the development process.
  • Navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in assessing technical risks and defining strategies.
  • Present technical strategy and program status to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong EE analog fundamentals with experience in circuit design.
  • Leadership experience managing engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to present complex technical topics clearly.
  • BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of lead or management experience.
  • Experience with product development from architecture to mass production.
  • Experience with sensor designs or biometric system development.
