Compensation:

$112,500 - $231,700/year

Responsibilities:

  • Validate features manually and with automation.
  • Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
  • Design comprehensive test plans for new features.
  • Triage discrepancies and monitor customer issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and debugging of test setups and scripts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in validating and testing products, particularly in Bluetooth or related technologies.
  • Experience in defining test plans and creating test cases.
  • 1 year of experience in developing testing scripts using Python, Perl, or similar languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins is a plus.
