Compensation:
$112,500 - $231,700/year
Responsibilities:
- Validate features manually and with automation.
- Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Design comprehensive test plans for new features.
- Triage discrepancies and monitor customer issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and debugging of test setups and scripts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in validating and testing products, particularly in Bluetooth or related technologies.
- Experience in defining test plans and creating test cases.
- 1 year of experience in developing testing scripts using Python, Perl, or similar languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins is a plus.
