This role is based in Austin, TX, with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Support contracting for government and public sector customers.
  • Respond to legal inquiries from Sales, Finance, and other teams.
  • Keep current on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts.
  • Contribute to the development of legal resources and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to practice in the US.
  • 5+ years of in-house experience at a SaaS or fast-growth tech company.
  • Experience with government and public sector transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
