Commercial Counsel, GTM

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model.

Compensation:

$190k - $280k/year

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Support contracting for government and public sector customers.
• Respond to legal questions from stakeholders across various teams.
• Keep current on relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development of legal resources and training.

Requirements:

• Qualified to practice in the US.
• 5+ years of in-house experience at a SaaS or fast-growth tech company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with government customers and public sector procurement.
• Familiarity with contracting tools and AI tools in legal settings.
