This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is a 12-month full-time engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and scale Canva’s Creators Community in Brazil.
  • Define and execute the Brazil Creator strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Onboard and engage creators, fostering a connection with Canva’s mission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver local-first initiatives.
  • Create inspiring communications for creators across community channels.
  • Provide actionable feedback to enhance template quality.
  • Track community health and content performance using data insights.
  • Build relationships with creators and creative communities in Brazil.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about creators and community building.
  • Deep understanding of Brazilian culture and trends.
  • Experience in building or scaling communities in creative ecosystems.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams.
  • Data-informed decision-making with a people-first approach.
