This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

What you'll do:

  • Lead large, cross-organisation technical programs that underpin Canva’s platform and infrastructure capabilities.
  • Set strategy and operating models for complex Platform initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
  • Manage and develop a team of Technical Program Managers.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure to align priorities.
  • Navigating complex technical and organisational challenges.
  • Drive accountability for outcomes while creating clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Shape the TPM craft at Canva by developing playbooks and best practices.
