Director - Technical Program Management - Platform team

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Lead large, cross-organisation technical programs for Canva’s platform and infrastructure capabilities.
• Set strategy and operating models for complex Platform initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure.
• Navigate complex technical and organisational challenges.
• Drive accountability for outcomes and create clarity across stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks and program management best practices.
