This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global strategies to grow the volume and impact of content produced by Education Creators.
  • Lead the US and Australian Education Creator communities, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with education and creators teams to create enablement content.
  • Support international Community Managers with resources and initiatives.
  • Manage the Creator experience from acquisition to retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience in community management or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of the K12 education landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create scalable processes for global enablement.
