This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global strategies to grow the volume and impact of content produced by Education Creators.
- Lead the US and Australian Education Creator communities, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with education and creators teams to create enablement content.
- Support international Community Managers with resources and initiatives.
- Manage the Creator experience from acquisition to retention.
Requirements:
- Experience in community management or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of the K12 education landscape.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create scalable processes for global enablement.
