Engineering Manager - AI Developer Tooling Experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead a new team pioneering AI developer tooling experience.
• Drive the strategy and execution of Canva’s AI-Orchestrated Developer Experience goal.
• Build context-aware AI systems integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
• Evaluate and trial emerging AI tools.

Requirements:

• Experience leading high-impact engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of AI developer tooling and AI models.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable systems.
• Collaborative leadership skills.
