Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers.
  • Set and execute the technical vision for ML-driven safety and quality enforcement.
  • Design and scale robust ML systems for content review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Drive large initiatives from problem framing to delivery.
  • Coach and mentor engineers through technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading engineering teams in a Product or SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in designing scalable systems.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Passion for coaching and developing engineers.
