Engineering Manager (FE) - Team Expansion

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a motivated team of 4-6 engineers
• Be responsible for break-down and delivery of large projects
• Mentor team members on technical approaches
• Ensure operation of services, including on-call support
• Guide the technical vision with senior team members
• Foster a healthy team culture through collaboration and communication

Requirements:

• Experience leading high-performing software engineering teams
• Ability to balance delivery leadership, people leadership, and technical skills
• Strong customer focus to understand use cases and requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and Designers
