This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Design School Technology team, ensuring high performance and delivery on the roadmap. Collaborate with product designers, content designers, and product managers to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Technical leadership experience in a full-stack team
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Java
  • Experience in cross-browser and cross-device development
  • People leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to have:

  • Experience in A/B testing and Experiment Driven Development
  • Experience developing Java backends and mobile apps
