Engineering Manager - (FS) - Organising Content

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Build new experiences for storing various asset types in Canva.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Coach engineers and set clear team goals.
• Own the team’s development methodology and lead technical strategy.
• Write and review design documents and ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading engineering teams.
• Strong background in software development.
• Ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers.
