Compensation:

$182,000-$278,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and administer scalable sales compensation frameworks.
  • Own the end-to-end commission process, including calculations and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps on plan design and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
  • Maintain governance over compensation plans ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales compensation or sales operations within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset for both strategic design and execution.
