Responsibilities:
- Source high-potential talents using platforms like LinkedIn and BossZhipin.
- Conduct market talent mapping and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling.
- Support employee lifecycle processes and People Program launches.
- Ensure data accuracy in Workday updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably in a tech environment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of local employment compliance in China.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
