This role is based in Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico, and is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Build the Data Foundation for LATAM, creating dashboards for key metrics.
- Define LATAM Data Strategy and set relevant targets.
- Act as a bridge between LATAM teams and global functions.
- Craft narratives from data to inspire action.
- Proactively identify growth bottlenecks and user behavior shifts.
- Support product teams with local experiments and A/B tests.
Requirements:
- Strong SQL and data wrangling skills with experience in A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Canva’s data stack (Looker, Snowflake, Mode, Netspring).
- Experience building dashboards and tracking frameworks.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience in LATAM markets or global markets.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
