Senior Data Scientist - LATAM Region

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model.

Compensation:

USD 208,000 to USD 268,000

Responsibilities:

• Build the Data Foundation for LATAM markets, designing dashboards for key metrics.
• Define data strategy and success tracking tailored to local markets.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure insights are shared.
• Craft actionable narratives from data to inspire decision-making.
• Identify growth bottlenecks and support product initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Experience with Canva’s data stack (Looker, Snowflake, Mode).
• Proven ability to build dashboards and define key metrics.
• Experience in LATAM markets and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
