Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day advice on employment law issues including performance management and employee equity.
  • Prepare and negotiate employment-related agreements.
  • Support and manage employee disputes and litigation.
  • Develop internal resources and contribute to workplace policy development.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in England and Wales.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Understanding of employment laws across Europe/EMEA.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
