This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading three Developer Workflows teams and coaching 3 Team Engineering Leads.
  • Defining and driving the strategy for Developer Workflows across frontend, backend, and platform engineering experiences.
  • Partnering closely with Product Managers and engineering leaders to improve software development processes.
  • Translating developer pain points into improvements across CI/CD, IDE tooling, and testing frameworks.
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and career development for engineers.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading engineering teams in developer experience or platform engineering.
  • Empathy for engineers and a passion for creating effective workflows.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and developer platforms.
