Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions (AU/NZ Remote)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote options available.

What you'll do:

Lead three teams: Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator program, focusing on partnerships and technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the System Integrator program, ensuring quality standards and strategic direction.
• Bridge technical capabilities with enterprise partner needs through Solution Engineering.
• Guide Developer Toolkits to enhance developer experiences.
• Shape strategy and influence the product roadmap across Ecosystem products.
• Coach and develop engineering leaders within your teams.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in partnerships or platform contexts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Technical credibility in architecture and API design discussions.
