Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions (AU/NZ Remote)

This role is based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia with remote work options available.

What you'll do:

Lead the Solutions Sub Group, managing Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the System Integrator program, managing partnerships and quality standards.
• Guide Solution Engineering to support enterprise partner needs and high-value deals.
• Direct Developer Toolkits to enhance developer experiences and documentation.
• Shape strategy across Ecosystem products and influence the development roadmap.
• Coach and develop engineering leaders within your teams.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in partnerships or platform contexts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage diverse team types.
• Technical credibility in architecture discussions and API design.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
