Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions (AU/NZ Remote)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

What you'll do:

Lead the Solutions Sub Group, overseeing Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage partnerships with external System Integrators.
• Guide Solution Engineering to support enterprise partner needs.
• Direct Developer Toolkits to enhance developer experiences.
• Shape strategy and influence the product roadmap.
• Coach and develop engineering talent.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in partnerships or platform contexts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and context-switch effectively.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with System Integrator or vendor management.
• Technical credibility in architecture discussions and API design.
