Senior Engineering Manager - Ecosystem Integrations and Solutions

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

What you’ll do:

Lead the Solutions Sub Group, managing Solution Engineering, Developer Toolkits, and System Integrator programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the System Integrator program, ensuring quality standards and strategic direction.
• Bridge technical capabilities with enterprise partner needs through Solution Engineering.
• Guide Developer Toolkits to enhance developer experiences.
• Shape strategy and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.
• Coach and develop engineering leaders.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in partnerships or platform contexts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Technical credibility in architecture discussions and API design.
