Senior Engineering Manager - Security Software Engineering

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage two teams of software engineers focused on security.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for both teams.
• Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback.
• Drive adoption of security systems across engineering teams.

Required Experience:

• Experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in languages such as Golang, Java, or Rust.
• Experience with cloud-based services.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in application sandboxing, encryption, or vulnerability scanning.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Terraform or Kubernetes.
