Senior Growth Copywriter

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, with hybrid work options available.

What you'll do:

• Lead concept development and write high-converting copy for paid campaigns across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and more.
• Own the full performance creative loop: brief, script, production collaboration, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner with designers and videographers to bring ideas to life.
• Review campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights.
• Build a testing cadence for messaging angles and formats.

You're probably a match if:

• You have 5+ years of copywriting experience focused on performance marketing.
• You are comfortable analyzing data and drawing creative conclusions.
• You have deep knowledge of ad formats across different platforms.
• You can work collaboratively with media buyers to shape creative strategy.
