Staff Software Engineer - Data Platform Workflow

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with a focus on optimizing the analytics journey for users of Canva's data platform.

Responsibilities:

• Map the user journey from question to insights, identifying bottlenecks.
• Build agent-ready platforms for AI integration.
• Define standards for AI-native analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI-native platforms and data workflows.
• Strong background in data platforms, including tools like Snowflake and dbt.
• Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in Go or Java.
