Application Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Logistics

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing software products and building internal applications for supply chain and engineering operations.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences.
• Partner with internal business teams in developing systems goals and delivery road maps.
• Ensure your team delivers with repeatable quality and predictability.
• Work with executive stakeholders to solve problems.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in designing and integrating internal and third-party applications.
• 5 years of experience in managing, leading, and mentoring engineers.
• Experience in Java programming.
• Experience in driving engineering and architecture strategies.
• Experience in supply chain domain and logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas to the team and executive stakeholders.
