$88,000-$126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract UX talent across all product areas.
  • Engage and hire exceptional applicants for various UX roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the interview process and ensure effective communication.
  • Drive the offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
