Compensation:
$100,000-$141,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering service models for Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deconstruct complex business problems into structured frameworks and synthesize data sources.
- Provide deep insights through exploratory analysis for regional Strategy and Operations teams.
- Design and maintain executive-level data visualizations and automated dashboards.
- Identify business growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and performance metrics.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline.
- 2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy.
- 2 years of industry experience in data analysis, modeling, and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or digital media.
- Experience in experimental design (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
