Compensation:

$100,000-$141,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering service models for Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Deconstruct complex business problems into structured frameworks and synthesize data sources.
  • Provide deep insights through exploratory analysis for regional Strategy and Operations teams.
  • Design and maintain executive-level data visualizations and automated dashboards.
  • Identify business growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and performance metrics.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy.
  • 2 years of industry experience in data analysis, modeling, and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or digital media.
  • Experience in experimental design (A/B testing).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
