Business Data Scientist, AI/ML, Google Cloud

This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive, personalized, and proactive customer support solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
• Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics for LLMs and AI agents.
• Monitor and maintain deployed solutions in production.
• Identify and define AI/ML opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 3 years of experience in a data science role focused on machine learning and NLP.
• Experience with ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD in a related field.
• Experience with Large Language Models and cloud platforms.
• Excellent programming skills in Python.
