Location: Waterloo, ON, Canada
Compensation:
CAD 144,000-148,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive, personalized, and proactive customer support solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Implement evaluation frameworks for LLMs and AI agents.
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, tracking performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on ML and NLP.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with LLMs and intelligent autonomous agents.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud.
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
