This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities and build foundational datasets.
  • Scope and manage analysis projects, defining success metrics and stakeholder communication.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure impact.
  • Apply statistical modeling to understand key drivers of product and business initiatives.
  • Identify friction points in the user journey and translate findings into actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a data science role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in a relevant field.
  • Experience with causal inference techniques.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
