Responsibilities:
- Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across technical functions.
- Provide project management to drive searches forward.
- Partner with executive leaders on high-profile technical hires.
- Build relationships with passive applicants.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in executive-level technical talent search.
- 3 years of experience in client management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting executive-level engineering talent.
- Experience with executive compensation negotiations.
