This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers on their production deployments to resolve issues and achieve product readiness, availability, and scale.
- Develop an understanding of Google Cloud's product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs.
- Experience writing, reading, and debugging code in languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, or Go.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with public cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed computing technology.
