Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business or product questions.
• Design and evaluate models to solve defined problems.
• Gather and validate data across sources using tools like SQL, R, and Python.

Minimum Qualifications:

• PhD in a quantitative discipline or relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), or statistical analysis.
• Experience with coding and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with causal inference methods and machine learning on large datasets.
• Ability to start full-time in 2026.
