Director, Supply Chain Systems Engineering

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the integration of AI/ML technologies across supply chain systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to create executable technical plans.
• Mentor future technical leaders and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Transform the architecture of scalable and resilient supply chain systems.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15 years of experience in distributed enterprise-level systems.
• Experience in AI/ML relevant to enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading global engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• 20 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on supply chain.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
