Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Electronic Design Automation (EDA) infrastructure.
- Manage execution to meet commitments and improve the stack for customer use.
- Develop new customer relationships with semiconductor teams globally.
- Help identify and hire the Bengaluru team.
- Collaborate with leadership on engineering efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience in languages like Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role with 2 years in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience enabling AI in semiconductors.
- Experience with EDA tools and software development.
- Ability to guide teams for performance and scaling benefits.
