This role is based in Raleigh, NC or Durham, NC.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the team developing next-generation AI and ML networking solutions.
  • Guide the team in building and testing software in C++ for Google's Machine Learning Library solutions.
  • Set and communicate team priorities that align with organizational goals.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience developing software applications using C++.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Nvidia Collective Communications Library (NCCL) and related technologies.
