Compensation:

$207,000 - $301,000/year + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of converting complex imagery, location, and sensor data into precise geometries for navigation products.
  • Set and communicate team priorities that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop the long-term technical outlook and roadmap for future requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback ensuring best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience in programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
  • 5 years in a technical leadership role with people management experience.
  • Experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Computer Vision or ML infrastructure.
  • Expertise in modeling with TensorFlow, JAX, etc.
